About Me
I am a bi-lingual therapist and have 9 years’ experience working within the field of mental health supporting a range of client’s starting from children, adolescents to adults. Taking the step to reach out for therapy can be very challenging but once you’ve taken the initial step, it reaps with rewards. Whatever the reason may be that you are considering therapy, you can be assured that a safe and confidential space is provided to you, allowing me to walk on this journey with you, whilst you navigate the direction and at your own pace. My motto is ‘whatever you’re experiencing is enough for you and therefore should not be minimized or ignored’, no problem is too big or too small, to prevent us from working together to help you help yourself and through that, achieve your end goals.
Experience
Over my career, I have worked with in both the public and private settings.
In the public settings I have experience working the following: delivering therapy to the students within schools. I also have experience delivering coaching and mentoring to teachers within schools, as well as, delivering mentoring to parents. I have also worked within a charity setting, holding focus groups and mentoring to their volunteers, employees, senior staff and management within the charity organisation.
In the private setting, I have experience with delivering therapy and mentoring, as well as supervision to both counsellors/psychotherapists who are in training or in practice.
